Ukraine and Russia, Expand your thinking, What could really be happening? Part 2

As Americans, we are under the impression that there are two different parties, Republican and Democrat, that hold different ideals. Congress recently decided to approve $14 Billion, of US Taxpayer dollars, to go to Ukraine. Did you happen to go on Twitter and see the statements that representatives from both parties published on their accounts?

It appears Republicans and Democrats seem to have similar statements about the subject of Ukraine.

During times of war, what happens to the money that is given as Aid? Is that money tracked in any way? Do you remember that President Trump was the first President in recent history that did not start any new wars? Newsweek posted this article on November 25, 2020.
